Hook1 rocks yet again

Needed to pick up a second game clip for when I get 2 huge fish
I went by a local shop after confirming they were open 'til 7pm Monday. I arrived at 5pm, and the sign on the door read "back about 5:30"

So Tuesday I went online to Hook1.
ended up buying about $55 of stuff on Tuesday and it was confirmed, packed, and shipped the same day, and I received it today (thursday) just in time for the weekend.

Change of ownership a few years ago didn't slow them down at all as far as I can see.

I miss Karen and Mark, but Chad Hoover and the new guys are super cool!

Yep, I hadn't purchased from them since the changeover so was very happy to see the top-level customer service continuing. They added a bunch of stickers to the box too. You can't have too many stickers!

One of the times I ordered from Hook1, the package never arrived.  I followed up with USPS; they insisted delivery was made on time and accurately, yet I never received my package.  I then followed up with Hook1.  They also contacted USPS who told them the same.  Hook1 then graciously sent me another package via UPS which arrived as expected.  Hook1 does rock!

yea hook1 is great with this last shipment... i placed on sunday night and came today... tho they sent the wrong compass  . but im sure they will be able to fix that quickly. iam just glad i got my rocket launchers. great company.

A+ for customer service... I am a huge advocate about customer service... Chad from hook1 already handled the issue beat me attempting in fixing it.

I have to chime in too. All of my purchases have been prompt and any problems have been addressed right away and fixed with apologies from Hook 1. I don't know the folks there but I am glad to see that they are on our forum, makes me even happier to purchase things from them.
