What is your favorite color and size of Big Hammer swim baits? How about favorite size and weight of Big Hammer jig head? :smt006

Deep Purple was the one that I used for the first time last weekend. It worked fantastic. My other favs are Halloween, Hot Karl, Senorita,Red Calico Hunter, Calico Hunter, Bleeding Mackerel, Bleeding Herring. A lot of the brown and red combos are great for rockfishing. I use mostly the 6.5 in models but have recently got some of the smaller baits to try in the kelp and for freshwater use.

I was talking to Pete Wolf the owner of BH the other day and sales in Nor Cal and beyond are really taking off. This is because we have found a product that works and it works well. I receive a bunch each year for the Albion Open and to hand out throughout the year. If you have caught a fish with a Big Hammer swimbait. If you wouldn't mind post it on Big Hammers facebook page. This enables us to give more out during the year to promote. If I ha vent managed to turn you onto some yet sorry. I cant get to everyone but I try to give away as much as possible.

It turns out that some tackle shops just done want to change from some products to putting Big Hammer in their selection for us. The only thing we have come up with is for the anglers who want to buy them continue to ask for them at their local tackle shops.

So far this year I have handed out about 550 swimbaits. Its fun. They work.

It sort of depends on what fish and where you are targeting them. 3 to 5 oz. heads work well and then its your prefrence of big hammers, they all seem to work well. Explore what works for you. Just a tip...

So sorry it took ne awhile.  Albion ran me out of hooks and eyes. Had a hard time getting the eyes and then was sick over a week. I'm back in business.
