Im thinking about going out to HMB this Sunday.  I've never been there and not quite sure what to expect (what to use, what to fish for, what ideal conditions are, tips or recommendations?).  Anyone else thinking about possibly going 6/17?

I'd love to but I got to get ready for an inspection.  When last out there, on the opening of rockfish season shrimp flys were getting action.

We're on the same boat buddy. I've only fished there from a party boat and crabbed one time from a yak. If weather's ideal, I'll go with you. I've been itching to fish the salt and actually catch something (I'm more of freshwater guy) Right now, weAther for Sunday looks favorable.

That's right. Sunday does look favorable. If I do go, I'm thinking about being on the water by 6am and off by 10-11. We'll see. I personally don't know what to use out there. I'd love to try and catch some rock fish or Hali.

If the ocean is favorable, I would definitely like to get out there. I live right near the beach, and will keep an eye on it. Some fresh rockies would be delicious. I am very familiar with the local reefs.

It should be. I park across the street behind the shops. That parking area is  usually empty. Channel 69. I'll be there eArly and wait for someone to launch with. I'll be in a gray Tacoma with yellow trident on top.
