Safeway offering corn 10 for 2 bucks this weekend. One question on the beans, how hot do  you all want them. I can go chipotle hot to habenero.

I think chipotle would be better but what i really want is the habanero. That is killer deal on corn but i don't want to keep the corn sitting around for a week.

I would say mild and then have hot sauce on the side if they want to pack the heat.

I will have a microwave/convection oven in the motorhome if anyone needs to use it to cook. Also stove. Generator for any power equip you need to use too.

Man this food is looking like killer.  Thank you guys for coming through.  Our focus is
kayak fishing, but the food makes it memorable.  I have a new spreadsheet, and the items in red represent new items since the first.  I think we are looking good.  If you see something that I missed, pm me.  I am leaving Friday and plan to be down there by 4:00pm.  I just thought of something.  Ice.  Lots of ice.  I will be bringing down as many as I can cram in my ice chests.  If you guys can also bring a chest full, we'll be ok.

Great organization on that chart, raydon.  I'm thrilled to be involved at any level for a cause such as HOW.  Hopefully, I'll be freeing up those who CAN fish to spend time with the vets on the water.  (I'm not so lucky when it comes to fishing.)  What about  napkins?  I'll have the disposable aluminum trays to stage the pork in.  I'll have one set of big tongs to serve up the pork. 

I'm planning to be down on Friday too.  Not sure what time though.  What times is everyone else planning to be there?
