what a trip!!  Looked like fun!  I would love to get out sometime!

It was a pleasure hanging out with you guys for a bit on Monday. Wish I could have arrived earlier to participate in the clam digging but it wasn't in the cards for the day. I just wanted to thank the "Screws" Sailfish, Ghost, Fish ‘n Brew, Vjo Hobbie and Daviator for a warm welcome for me and the family.

Hope the wind died down a bit since it was blowing pretty strong when I left.

Here's what my clams went into:

Thank all you attendees for making food gathering such a party. The partting shall continue at Yakhoppers CL event. That's coming up so soon my head is spinning. We had a tire blowout on the way to Lawsons on Sunday. The spare was a new tire but like the rest is nine years old. Much  to do before departing Friday. See you at Clear Lake.

There is really something special watching grown men play in the mud. Thanks a bunch Victor and Dave for sharing some of your bounty with me. Victor's gift was kidnapped by my sister and Hobie Dave's I truly enjoyed with my beer. Thanks again guys.

Looks like a fun and tasty gathering.  I need to try the deli sliced abalone and learn how to prepare the clams like ya'll do because they are numerous and easy to come by 5 minutes from house.  Those pictures of the dishes look mighty delicious

Hi Daviator, crab pot not numbered but the white float has a brown ghost on it.  Can only take credit for propane.  Pam & Dave handled all the setup items.

Jemille and I were totally bummed that we couldn't make it. However, it is really great to see that the wives and kids were getting dirty with everyone Awesome family hookup!

What is it about clamming reports that make me laugh so much?    You guys digging around in the muck with big smiles and having a great time I guess    I dont know why but that pic of Frank holding up a clam made me burst out laughing
