Hey there everyone.  New to the NCKA community here.  I'm interested in heading out this weekend to One of the Local reservoirs.  Anyone hitting any of these locations?  I'm open to other locations.  I'm looking for LMB or SMB.  who is headed out? :fish

Welcome to the madness goombayaker! Cool to see that your 1st post is for a hookup :)

Weekend hookups are a lil more difficult for me; I've gotta use em sparingly thru the year especially when I've got GS6 and Albion on my for-sure list :)

Weekdays are easier for me to hookup, hopefully we can do some hookup then. Glad ya found NCKA, welcome!!

Thanks for the Welcome.  I usually work Monday - Friday and many Saturdays.  Although I have been known to take a sick day or two.  Where do you fish dpshim?  I'm sure we will get some fishin done together some time.

Living in Salinas, I prefer to fish within 2 hr driving distance. However, I've been known to drive crazy hrs to do few hrs of fishing lol.

I haven't fished any of the Santa Clara lakes except for Coyote, but the Luis and the Forebay are some that I've hit. Look forward to hooking up with ya sometime :)

Welcome to the board!

I've been looking at getting a season pass (parking and inspections) to fish Anderson and Calero. I live in Campbell and its not too far away. Hit me up next time you head out.

Sunday 3/11 works for me.  Are you interested?  If not I will probably go in a week or two.

Anderson and Calero are open--I think it's $19 to launch after inspection. Of the 2, I'd suggest Calero for bass. But you know, the Forebay always has that allure of 5ft stripers! Just check the forecast & call the wind hotline before committing to the Forebay or San Luis. (1-800-805-4805) Hopefully Coyote, Uvas, and Chesbro open soon. They s/b open by mid April.
