Harmony website only shows what looks lilt the mini, but the one in the link is definately the full size. It has the harmony strap on it too. Does not look like a substituted pic. I'd be all over it if I needed another.

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this cart today.  Does anyone have any experience with it?  This review was the only one on amazon:

1.0 out of 5 stars Stowaway Beach kayak cart, July 28, 2011

This review is from: Harmony Stowaway Beach Cart (Sports)
Carts like this look great and serviceable but they fall far short in the area of ease of use and reliability. I have a sit inside Ultimate 12 and a SOT Tarpon 120 and I thought this cart would fit the bill but I was wrong. The cart is wobbly in its joints and a user is required to tightly double strap the cart to a kayak to have it come close to working. Don't let the fat tires fool you. The way this cart is designed makes it nearly impossible to accomplish a tight fit that will permit transporting your kayak over soft sand or rough terrain to water.

There are other carts on the market and if you own a sit on top kayak with scupper holes you should buy a cart that supports the kayak with rods that stick up through the scuppers. If you own sit inside kayak, find one that has wider and longer supports and a simple system for tying your kayak to the cart. There are a number of carts that will fit the bill, other than this thing.

This particular cart was a real disappointment and the manufacturer should go back to the drawing board on this POS. I highly don't recommend this cart.

Thoughts?

I went ahead and got one, since it looks very similar to a Wheelez.  Will see how it holds up, but for that price it seems like a good deal and the tires pretty much look the same as wheelez. I saw it on amazon as well, my prefernce usually, but it was grouping the older cart and the 2012 cart together for some reason.  So you could buy either with the old smaller less durable wheeleez, or with the big beach cart ones we all seem to love.  I'll let ya know how it holds up in a few weeks when I receive it ;)

Ps. Anyone need a Hobie cart?  :smt044

Looking at the pic on REI.com, the one in the Backcountry/Harmony Link in this thread, and the one in my garage, I'd say they're all identical,  If Backcountry wants to sell that cart for $107.96 and free shipping, I'm sorry I don't need another.

Looks like a killer deal to me.

It's for kayaking damn it!!!

Actually.. I have it easy as mine doesn't badger me too much..I have more gear than she has shoes/ accessories/ jeans...

I'm a bit confused.  So I notice 2 on amazon, one that says 2012 and one that doesn't....which is the better one?

I notice that the picture on amazon.com vs the backcountry are different...which is the 2012 version?

I've tried that model.  Lucky13 let me use his before I bought one.  For my Revo and OK Trident 13 they are useless.
I like most members have no regret getting the large beach wheels.

It looks like the older Harmony beach cart has 1 kickstand & black rims. The other one with 2 kickstands & white rims is probably the newer model. The frame on that one looks just like a Wheeleez.

The tires on the cart from amazon are the cheapies that everyone wants to avoid, if the pic on the Backcountry link is right then it is different than the cart you're showing from amazon, and it's is the good one.

The tires on the good wheeleze carts are about 11 inch

I think the pic on the Backcountry link is probably wrong and it is a cheaper cart than the picture shows.

Here's some pics,
Amazon, 94 bucks
Backcountry/Harmony, 107 bucks
Mine, thought I got a good deal at 180.

If you look at the better looking Harmony cart, it says Harmony in the straps. This is very confusing. Someone needs to contact Harmony direct, or wait for the verdict from Al.

i think they would have the better wheeleez wheels, but I'm fairly certain the wheel size is 8+", not 11 inches like the kayak beach cart.  The wheels on the harmony are probably made by wheeleez.

I bought some wheeleez from DPshim for 50 bucks. they are like a mini moon wheel. not the black knoby meats.  never really use um. only took them out once. they def work and they are def cool. i have 2 other pair so dont really need them. Ill sell um to you for 40 bucks if you want. you could always look at um and tell me if you do or dont want them considering we both live in el sobrante im sure it wouldnt be to hard to meet up.
