 As far as the wounded warriors coming....

all I know is they are coming from 5 different clinics,

I think most are in patient, but I do not know much else...

Just need to be patient and flexible....

I'll never live down right in the middle of the 1st Kelsey Bass Ranch event... I've got 12 things going on at once... and I can't get this guy into the kayak... I keep holding stuff out for him, looking around figuring out 4 other things at the same time and starting to get a little annoyed that this guy won't do what I'm showing him to do....

I've got things to get done, I'm thinking...   " It's right here!!!..." I say, and I know I said it a little annoyed...

" I'm Blind!!!.... "   

Stop the presses...  stopped everything, figured out how to get him towed around the lake and he had a great time...

but it easy to get overwhelmed, just take your time, go with the flow,

and remember that these Men and Women are just glad that you all are taking the time and effort to do something for them,

   Means a ton....

 Oh, and one other thing....

                              Have Fun....   

Are the vets easy to track down after the event? I could smoke a bunch and deliver after the weekend. Just a thought

I think I have a few prizes to dish out too...

I have a tow rope/bow line in case we have vets who can't paddle.  A 15"+ trout doesn't fit in a 1 gallon freezer bag so we may need to fillet them. I will bring my fish cleaning stuff. If someone else could bring knives, that would be great.

 Copy that, I'll bring filet knives, and look for suitable bags to to transport fish home iced...

if anyone has ideas on this or has bags that will work....

I have rolls of small bags - waste basket size.

I'll bring some trash compactor bags.

I have hundreds of bags.

I will have 2-4 tandem yaks to use if we need to double up. If you have an extra yak seat, please bring because I need a couple extra for the tandems.

Have two OK Frenzys to bring. Kinda small, what do any of you think?

I'm not sure, we really do not have guides that won't be without their own kayak, but who knows what happens the day of...  do you think the tandems could be paddled by one person?

I think a couple of each, if that's kool...  I'm just think were a little low on guides... and most guides will have their own yak...

Well...

  This rain is coming down hard in El Sobrante....  just missed us for tomorrow.... 

  But, this is going to change the pattern of these fish in the shallows, and water clarity...

 Good money says were back to our usual pattern on these trout heading to deeper water...

 guess we will find out soon enough....

Anyone bringing kids they want to paddle with? Good use for the tandems. I'll plan on two of each plus gear.
