Was thinking about having a Holiday Dinner Getogether on Friday evening around 8pm; then go crabbing on Saturday. Maybe evening have a mini-tourny for largest dungie.

Then afterwards, have a massive crab feed that evening in the parking lot with all the crabs that were caught.

Weather pending of course....

Chime in and let me know what you think...

The place is right across the street from the harbor parking lot; its called " FLAVOR ". The have a regular sit down dinner menu, but if we have enough people the chef/owner will throw down a wick'd buffet for us; which will be a little bit cheaper. If you haven't yet gone in there, stop by and check it out; nice atmosphere for a casual dining restaurant.

I'm up for it.  :smt006

For the Friday night dinner, the owner (Francisco) can reserve an area of the restaurant that can sit 30 (for the buffet). We will need a head count for those who can make it so we can make a reservation for it. So please respond asap - it would really be appreciated!

Glen, can't make it for Saturday crabbing but I think we can join you guys for dinner Friday night.  Unfortunately I can't back out of a golf tournament for Saturday.  Let me know if you want to use the boat.  Are you not planning to stay till Sunday?  I might be able to join you then.

Glen,  Sorry I can't make the Fri night dinner, but will be there Sat morning.    I don't want to miss out on the crab feed.

What time are you thinking for the Friday Dinner, I already said that I would Volunteer at a Homeless Youth Event so I can't make it on Saturday.  If all works out I would love to meetup for dinner.

Glen gonna try and make it. I picked up three crab pots like yours, I just need to rig then. I need rope, which I didn't order and now it's looking kind of "pricey." I also need some pool noodle, but I think I have a line on that. I'm trying to rig them up by following that article written by John Lyon. On a side note I did get my through hull transducer setup. Once again thanks for the pool noodle.
Vote em out!

Just a thought,
Most people get either Sat. or Sun. but rarley bouth.
Might be cool if these group things were on Sat and Sun, so more people can particapate.
Either way I'm sure it would be great, Just whish I didn't have to work on Saturdays :smt012
Good luck those who go and please take lots of pics.

See Ya Soon,
