Hey Glen and Mooch,
The wife I are looking to joining you folks Friday nite but I can't do Sat... bummer!  I've already committed to pulling pots at Bodega Bay early Sat Morning.

Glen gonna try and make it. I picked up three crab pots like yours, I just need to rig then. I need rope, which I didn't order and now it's looking kind of "pricey." I also need some pool noodle, but I think I have a line on that. I'm trying to rig them up by following that article written by John Lyon. On a side note I did get my through hull transducer setup. Once again thanks for the pool noodle.

Lyons tutorial is pretty good. I really like the stiffer crab lines for the yak because they tangle way less than a polypro rope, bit safer for us. With that being said you can probably get by with rope from home depot.  Zip tie a 4oz torpedo every 6-7 feet for the first 20 or so odd feet so your scope doesn't float at slack tide and you're in business.

Just spoke to Francisco, couldn't get him a better head count so the buffet plan is out (he needs more time to prepare for these things). He will have a table for us - I made up a head count for about 20. Hope this works out. See you all then.
