If I get out  :smt009 I'll be trying 10 trout carcasses and some squid for good measure.  Trout worked for me last year just fine, but I still tossed in the squid, so not sure it was the trout  :smt044
can't complain if it's working for ya!

Squid, chovies, and chicken legs. The stripped and cracked drumsticks are the tell tale sign of crab love.

As a kid I remember seeing jackrabbit carcasses complete with birdshot holes in the crab rings off the Dillon Beach pier...

Dillon beach had a pier?

No, but he is probably referring to the small pier at Lawson's Landing which is still on the same stretch of sand as Dillion.

I'm ready for some crab!

Farmer John came in the mail today and fits like a glove. Just finished rigging up a small pile of traps. Just a couple finishing touches left to do to the yak. I think I will have a hard time sleeping I'm so excited!!!

Hey Guys,

After getting skunked on three outings for salmon this year I'm ready to take my frustration out on some Dungenes crab. Anybody know where I can find some? Armed with pots, snares, and traps I'm ready to get midevil. :smt012

According to http://www.usafishing.com/bodega.html this link there are a lot of softies out there this year so I even have an excuse to pinch them before they pinch me.

See ya out there,

Don
