Let me know how launching through the surf there goes, the surf almost always looks like it would be easier to just paddle the 2 or so miles out from MBK.

Tall Paul made the beach launch from the hotel last week when the surf was down. He said it wasn't too bad, but you need to be prepared for a dunking, going from there. Cuts the commute in half, but I'd just asoon do the paddle to MBK.

Wish I could be joining y'all, but I've got other commitments. It's been close to 2 weeks since I last fished, and it's driving me nuts lol!!

Wishing y'all much success!!

Just saw a Coastside report from yesterday. 1 mile north of the hotel, sounded like a pretty good bite. I might muster up the energy for another run down there.

I think the bite was probably better in Monterey then Pajaro today. Lots of boats at pajaro and some fish caught but way further paddle than going from MBK to Seaside. Good luck!
