Picked this up two weeks ago for $400. 1648 Bass Tracker. Even with the 30hp Suzuki that "didn't run" but ended up being a broken fuel line and now runs great.

Thanks to Ed (atavuss) I got the parts to finish this thing up.

Just have to do some wiring, some other misc stuff, and coat the front deck with Anti-Skid

Jeff, Your Two-stroke powered dark side is starting to show.....
Nice refurb, and going to the dark side occasionlay is good for the soul, because it pisses off the TRPA.  Enjoy

dude, that's two different boats, right?

what a great job, and that's coming from a devoted anti-PB guy! Dig the custom painted motor casing.

Wow Jeff! That's quality work right there! What do you use for anti-skid? I was thinking some spray-on bedliner gunk. I am really looking forward to some killer bowhunting videos from that thing!

I've been using Evercoats Skid-No-More but I'm going to try out Durabak. I've heard great things about it

And my suspicion confirmed the motor dying because of the autokill temp sensor. The impeller must have not been changed in year, was just crumbled apart in the impeller housing. Ordered a new one last night. Hope it will get here soon. Im ready to test this baby out!
