Anyone fishing the opener?

I am thinking about launcking in Monterey and seeing if I can get a opening day salmon.

Im  gonna plan A hookup out of Moss, if weather permits....Probably not opening day though dont want to get ran down.

We were going to take the boat out of Bodega but ....

Both SC harbor and Moss will be clusterfuqs tomorrow morning. So, while Moss presents the best opportunity to catch one...I'm avoiding that mess. Instead, I'm just gonna launch from MBK and fart around near Sand City.

If you still remember, we had a few discussions May last year on kayak salmon trolling technique which you and your brother perfected and unselfishly shared with me. Anxious to try them this year.
