AOTY 2011 Paypal is up

The AOTY committee decided to leave the rules as is for 2011.  I realize some don't agree with this, but there are others that do.  It's one of those damned if you do, damned if you don't things.  I do know that all that participate in AOTY enjoy it no matter what.   So let's put this behind us and GET IT ON!!!

I've put the Paypal link up at the top of the left panel.
