AOTY 2011 Paypal is up

It's now on the frontpage only, in the right column.

Funny you mention it Allen as I was looking for it while reading a thread but obviously couldn't find it. 

For what it's worth, I kind of like it on every page, especially when reading a fishing report, because I like to see how that particular report affects AOTY.  I'm probably in the minority though.

Looks like I need to sign up STAT as it will be the only time all year that I'll be in the top 10.

Well, I was getting some feedback that the left column was too cluttered.  Other feedback that the AOTY Leaderboard was too low and should be placed higher in the column.

Variety is the spice of life.

I'm currently experimenting with look and feel and placement of various things.  Sit tight while things settle down.

i like the most recent block, looks cool.  Although i do prefer to have the leaderboard on the left hand column since i rarely check the frontpage.  it provides good inspiration on a dreary day in the office as i'm surfing the forums.

maybe MattS and I could do a double whammy article on lure making...he's the plastic/lead head master. I can make cheap shit from goodwill.

Why would you want to force us to view the main page?  Part of the fun of AOTY is seeing your position/ranking while viewing the board.  Articles can be promoted various other ways...

Oh no worries.  I welcome the feedback.  Really, I do.  But it doesn't mean I can do anything about it.  At the same time I wanted to communicate the difficulties in being able to please everyone  It's pretty much impossible, but that doesn't mean we don't try.
