I don't have my goals set very high but 3 or 4 100oz nuggets like the guy picked up near the town of Washington recently would be nice.

That's 6 pounds!!! I'll find a link to the story in the Sac Bee (1/5) when I get home.

Let's meet at Weimar Cross Road off 80, at say-9:30 am on the South side, and then drive in from there?  All paved.

I'm in if there is room for another laborer.  Thinking of heading up late Friday or very early Saturday to fish somewhere in the area...anyone else?

Just talked it over with the gf and we are in too! She saw the picture of you holding those two nuggets and with the two recent reports from Washington and Rollins Lake it looks like the mountains are spitting out the gold.

Well, those are the exception to the rule. The rule is, sore back, achy knees, and a little yellow stuff in a canister.  Should be a blast guys.  Basic directions, take 80 East towards Reno, and just before Colfax, Weimer Cross rd is the exit you want.  I am going to pull off there on the South Side, and wait for people til about 9:30 am. If youa re running later than that, we will be in the day use area at the Bear River Camp Grounds. Web search should give you directions to there.  I plan on bringing my small propane bbq and grilling up some hotdogs and burgers, I have a five pound chub of burger, if people want to bring some other stuff like buns, condiments, etc. Dress warm, and let's have some fun!
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
