Dear lord baby jesus, that was an epic background summary Eric! It reads like the prologue to a very exciting story. That must've been a good coldy! Thanks!

I'd like to attend with the family, but probably won't enter the "tourney.  I will want to dive though.  So please put me down for a campsite.

Nate, last year we had to call and reserve them.  Not sure how it is going to be set up this year. Yakhopper had the primo spot last year, but they all are good.  We tend to hoard the back corner, not sure why, but I think it has something to do with where most of us sat in class back in grammar school!

Would like to join in for the first time with my 17 year old son. We could not make it last year (teaching a weekend class). So... how does one find a campsite? Sounds like it was a bit crazy...in a good way. :smt001

I'm glad you guys are coming, Dave and son.  As for the campsite, I'll have to get back to you.

I'm actually having a thought right now - what if those who are camping call and pre-pay with credit card?...  If I can broker a lower rate to sign up in advance I'll bet we're in.

If you want in on whatever deal I can get, please don't act until I have a chance to set this up.

I think I need to get some stats from Jack if I'm to understand this issue.

I dont recall what the campground rate was from 2009, but do remember that it was pretty costly for a site that basically fits two cars and has room for a tent or two and a picknick table.

If you are on a "budget" and want "tranquillity" then you can camp at my lot for free  :smt003
