Very Cool Al does it flood??
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Outstanding Al and Sara, congrats!

Maybe my class could use your backyard when we release our stealhead fry in the spring.  J/K, but if I'm short on chaperones, I'll give you a call.  The last couple of years we've let them go at Henry Cowell State Park.

I am hopefully getting a new house soon too, but it will be nowhere near as cool as your place!!

Congrats again bro and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Well.....  Sometimes  :smt004  The house is up pretty high, the rear supported by stilts.  But earlier this year with the raging storms and rain the river did rise almost to the bottom deck, said the previous occupants.  It would have had to raise another 10ft to touch the house.  But there hasn't been a serious flood in the area sin '82, when my family left Felton and moved to San Jose (during the flood).  Some pretty scary video's though from earlier this year on the SLR:

Btw, i've been awfully sick for the past week+ and it delayed our move in date (as well as missing the crab opener :( ) So looking to see if I can take this Thurs/Friday off and make the move happen.  So party will be after a couple weeks of settling in  :smt002

Nice place!  Once you settle in, you'll never want to leave.

Cheers,

John
