Top Angler Awards - 2:00pm - (Prizes will be given to top 3 anglers)
Drawing for Grand Prize - 2:30pm

Top anglers determined by Photo of single largest Striped Bass on weigh board (AOTY format)
Please DO NOT bring fish to check-in
  (If you don't have a camera pair with someone who does)
In the event of a tie the leader will be decided by a coin toss
I have the final decision and All Decisions are final.

On a side note Eric, I have a friend who has a canoe, and he was wondering if would be able to enter with his brother.  I told him I'd ask.  Obviously it isn't a kayak, but it will be man-powered with no motor.
