I would like to camp to save the 2 hour drive. If no one else wants to camp, I'll just drive in the morning.

I think it might be hard to do fish tacos for 100 people. I was hoping to do grilled quartered dry-rubbed chicken, corn on the cobb, green salad, pasta salad and watermelon or fruit salad. For that we need about 25-30 whole chickens,50-60 ears of corn, etc.,etc. For breakfast i was thinking of making breakfast burritos with eggs, linguica, onion, peppers, potato, cilantro and cheese. Served with Hot coffee and donated breakfast pasrtries. For that we need about 15+lbs of linguica,75 eggs,tortillas,3lbs cheese, potatos, peppers etc.etc. I think were talking about 500 dollars of food to serve breakfast and lunch for 100 people.

How can I donate?  I'd be willing to pickup food, or pitch in $$$!  Have a Costco Card and willing to use it!  I may be able to take the day off to help, if you need more volunteers!  This is for Friday only, or Sat too?

my mistake, my 5th chemo in on Sept 30th -

I'm good to go for this event - I'm up for camping on Thursday, if it's possible.

This all good,,,,   :smt045

 Still working on stuff,

I'm going to request the group camping spot for the night before, " Eagles View " not as flashy as Hetch Hetchy but logistics are good for the event, and would have to clear the place in the morning of the event...

I think I have Trader Joes to donate 4/5 cases of bottled water and chips....

Will know more about fee waivers for the event and the camp site next week, but I think it looks good.....

Going to talk to Petaluma Poultry and see if they will pitch in...

Stella and Me are ready for the trip!  Louie I know is coming down from Coulterville with his camping trailer.  All of you former service people should spend time with as he is really good at getting through log jams in gov red tape at the VA.

But I thought Don is still working on the $5 fishing fee for everyone?

Where do they usually inspect the kayak?
