Meet Loca the dog

Took my family to the pound and rescued A pup that made headlines in Salinas for being abandoned in A commercial part of the city when they were only two weeks old. There were five total all girls. I wanted to rescue the pup when the storie first aired but had to wait till they got old enough. Shes just about four months old. I named her Loca which means crazy bitch. ... Shes A real good pup and very active as you can imajine. Took her top the beach yesterday and she did great. Need to find A doogie PFD for she will be my yak dog! And no I wont use her for bait!

Congratulations on your new addition. Dogs are a wonder. There is something special about the dogs that are rescued and given a second chance. They can't say it, but I think they know how fortunate they are.  Good luck with your new buddy, she looks to be perfect sized for being a co-pilot on the yak.
