IMO: it would be a lot easier for everyone if you post your tournaments or events at the NCKA calendar to avoid conflict. It's very easy to use.  

Just click on the Calendar tab and arrow right to get to the month of the said event and post it. When your done, it will automatically (or it will give you the option) post it on the hook up section. Done deal!

Hey, thanks Mooch. I just put the Red Barn Classic on the calendar. I also spoke with Pat about his gathering to make sure it was ok. Also checked in with Jim Inseine to make sure it was not conflicting with his gathering. All is good!
