  Can't say I'll Miss those hurricane Katrina winds we had that night! Temporary thing being up here, I'll be back! 

 Sadly you guys will have to do with out my portagee skirt steaks this year.  I do expect many pictures to be posted! I can't be there in person, but I sure can be there in sprit!
 
 
The storm kicked everyone inside out but hovering around the bbq munching your steaks was awesome.

Maybe you can give up the recipe so we can all still enjoy your contribution.

Bad news I more than likely will not make it. I wont be able to shake all the guest for the weekend after my sons wedding on Friday. Since my son is reading this I will blame it on him and his bad timing.
