As for me, I was inspired by Joel and finally got off my ass and made an appointment with a general practitioner after way too long.  As a lifelong asthmatic with allergies, I've been seeing an allergy specialist for the last 5-6 years, but haven't had a GP for almost a decade despite the fact that I have awesome health care. 

Long story short, I'm working on lowering my high blood pressure through natural methods.

Ear lobe is gone, biopsy on the borders is clear,  but I'm on an increased cycle to go to dermatology,  Have you seen my dermatologist?

Time for a thread bump.

Got my kit ready. Going in for my colonoscopy on Friday.

Here is a hint.. Light some scented candles in the bathroom. I got the five year return....but at least I got checked. When asked how the evening went with the cleansing the night before I told the Doctor I had worse results from bad south of the border street food...even he laughed. The doc was telling the nurse how much sedative to give me I spouted "double what ever he said"..hehe...I woke up alone and confused.

OK, time to quit joking around for me.....just got my third "request" from Kaiser....time to hit the jug for the first time. Thanks for the reminders guys!

Ask if you can watch! its like the voyage into a worm hole. hahahah I watched for the sigmoid but the full scope was knocked out . I just remember waking up and hurting. Doc said Im the perfect assshole. I know one guy who will agree. At least.

It is exactly as I thought.  Awful! Kind of taste like alka selzer without
the bubbles.  I feel like a goose on a wildlife refuge. 

Been there done that.  You're doing the right thing. It is worth it!
