As for me, I was inspired by Joel and finally got off my ass and made an appointment with a general practitioner after way too long.  As a lifelong asthmatic with allergies, I've been seeing an allergy specialist for the last 5-6 years, but haven't had a GP for almost a decade despite the fact that I have awesome health care.  :smt011

Long story short, I'm working on lowering my high blood pressure through natural methods.

Thanks for the kind thoughts but at this point I think it's no big deal, just a little trim, and to note that as Mooch asked, Get Yourself Checked.

I think Joel would be proud of us all for getting our mercury levels checked if we eat a lot of fish.

Miss you bro!!!!!!

Ear lobe is gone, biopsy on the borders is clear,  but I'm on an increased cycle to go to dermatology,  Have you seen my dermatologist? :smt002

Here is a hint.. Light some scented candles in the bathroom. I got the five year return....but at least I got checked. When asked how the evening went with the cleansing the night before I told the Doctor I had worse results from bad south of the border street food...even he laughed. The doc was telling the nurse how much sedative to give me I spouted "double what ever he said"..hehe...I woke up alone and confused.

Choking down the gallon of medicine for tomorrow's "procedure."
It is exactly as I thought.  Awful! Kind of taste like alka selzer without
the bubbles.  I feel like a goose on a wildlife refuge.  :smt012

Been there done that.  You're doing the right thing. It is worth it!

It'll all be better sometime tomorrow.
