This is a belated follow up to the GS4 reports, and a thanks to all who helped me out with my perdicement when I came limping into camp with wore out brakes. Down to the rivets!! Yeouch!!  Coordinating to have the right brake pads purchased, and transported up there, then borrowing the right tools to get the job done was a true testiment to the brotherhood!!  :smt023 Many thanks boyz... As I was working on the brakes many stopped by to see if I needed any help, and several requests for some work on their riggs too of course  :smt044. Once I got that secured I could relax and have a good time. Visiting and meeting others is always a highlight. My first time there. I like the place, I'm sure I'll be back. According to Eric the fishing was on the slow side this time. It looks like the place has potential for sure. Great looking mushroom area too. Watching John get the only keeper salmon the day before the tourny was way cool.  There were definetly on/off bites. The day of the tourny didn't produce any monsters for me, but plenty of grabs. I managed a mondo red, decent cabby, and big black the next day tho. Probably matched my biggest one from a couple years ago off the Sonoma coast. Danglin and I were also treated to a whale porposing around us also. Fun weekend, thanks for all your efforts Eric. Thought I'd post a pic of the biggun.

Look at the belly on that thing!  :fat

Glad you were able to get the brake pads changed out to make it home - it was lookin' a little sketchy at first when you couldn't get the bolts to loosen up.
