Good stuff man.  It's a blast going out and sticking a pile on your own, but even better to go out and manage a couple with your kids.

Very Kool,

 Really the Best....

Ton of work setting everything up for my guys, keeping the lines unsnagged, trying to figure the best plan for success...

realizing I'm asking them to Kayak and fish at the same time...

Then when that pole goes Bendo....

No Better feeling....

One suggestion....  when the excitement hits of seeing your offspring on a Hawg....

 Things get a little Chaotic...

If I did not have my rods leashed,,, My Rods....  I would be down 8 set ups...

Everything just seems to be going everywhere when I'm trying to help them...

I look over and there is my rod in the water.... :smt012

My rod leases have saved my butt..

Here is the only pic I have of the leashes I use...

Old Cell phone Car charger cords....

Brass clip on one end... clamp... round the other side with the curls to fit around the butt of the pole...

works like a charm...

  Tight Lines....   :smt006

Way to go Jeff! Get 'im out there now, 'cause once baseball and all that other nonsense starts you'll be competing hard for time slots. I know this all too well.

It is so great that you were able to get out with your son.  I know the first time I took my daughter out on my yak she got a kick out of it.  She wanted to paddle, fish and jump in the water!  Nice report :)

Yeah, he grabbed the paddle a few times and shoved it in the water a few times, caught me off guard a few times!
