Who wants to throw-in on a vacation property in Ft Bragg?
http://www.landsofcalifornia.com/california/?detail=&inv_id=573774

That seems cheap - 464 acres for $5.3 million and it's on the coast.  Going home to empty out my piggy bank.

That's four acres apiece if 117 of us each put in $45k.

IN!

As a survivor of several group land deals, let me caution you divers and hypothermics.  Excess NOx in the bloodstream and a chilled brain may impair investment judgment.

As Groucho said (somewhat edited), "I would never join an investment group that would have me as a member."

Tight lines and loose women...

I work on the timberlands right behind that property, and I gotta say the pics look better than reality.  That is one friggin cold windswept place most of the time.  It's a beautiful place when the sun's out and the winds' not blowing, but that happens for about an hour every three weeks.
