New AOTY 2010 Page

I just wanted to say thanks to bsteves.  I've been playing around with the page and it looks great. 

I especially like that you can click on the pictures of each fish and see a sort of "Hall of Fame" for that fish - definitely gives a target to shoot for if you're looking for some bragging rights.

I've been playing around with the navigation menu.  There should be new drop downs now.  Please take a look.  If you have any problems or suggests let me know here on this thread.

For example..

Home  |  My Fish* | Leader Board | Top 3 Species | Species | Special Pages

The submenus show up when you hover over a link in the top menu and are as follows..

Home => The rules page

My Fish =>   List My Fish | Add Fish

Leader Board => Current Leader Board | 2009 Leader Board | 2008 Leader Board | 2007 Leader Board

Top 3 Fish => Current Top 3 Fish | 2009 Top 3 Fish | 2008 Top 3 Fish | 2007 Top 3 Fish

Species => Rockfish | Lingcod | Salmon | etc.....*
*Each species' all time species rankings, similar to the fish icons at the top.

Speciel Pages => Most Recent | Old School List*
* This "old school list" is basically a rescoring of the current leaderboard using the old 2007-2009 points and species in case your curious how you might match up to previous AOTY scores.

I'll probably also add youth and women's divisions under special pages.   I'm planning on having some fun with "special pages".   For example I may add freshwater and saltwater scoring pages.  Maybe I'll do a reverse ranking with lowest score on top using your smallest fish of each of your lowest scoring ten species.  I have a few more ideas here.

The logo was done super quick to get rid of the 2009 from last year.  What I really need is for Zee to do his magic on it.

I take that back, what I really need is a "Buy me a beer!" pay pal button somewhere on the site so I can take everyone up on the "I owe you a beer!" offers I sometimes get.  

brian did you actually go through and re-classify all of those steelhead and mackinaw one by one?  you have been a very busy man!  thanks for your efforts for sure

I still have a few kokanee in the salmon category to parse out.

yeah i figured as much on the logo, really wasn't necessary, we would have survived a little while longer.  attention to detail.  if you like wine I'll look into the laws to see if i can ship you some - wife works for a winery!
