Took my two boys snorkeling today around 12:00 off Coral St in Monterey. Vis was crappy for the swell was pretty surgey. We still ended up staying in the water for around three hours! Spotted some big perch and A nice cabbie, but didnt get one shot off! I could have took A shot @ the cabbie but there was A chance I could have wounded it without recovering it. I learned earlier @ Stillwater about those shots on A perch that I grazed but latter found laying on the bottom. Anyway no fish for us but got more experiance! I made Kris A ghetto weight belt for the time being which worked great!!!

Nice Job fishmaster, those swell and wind forecasts scared me away from the salt this weekend! Glad to hear you had a nice day with your boys. Tell us more about the ghetto weight belt is it rebar or concrete?  :smt044

Thanks for the report!

Looks like the Raider running back standard issue uniform belt. :smt008
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

We actually threw the belt three times before entering the water with gloves on. Great question Marmite! My sons safety absolutley always comes first! :smt006

I'm sure he dropped the ball less frequently than JaMarcus Russell.  :smt005 :smt005
