Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

great post and outcome, but doesn't the Healdsburg PD know that we thrive off of pics of the catch? Where's the thief porn?

Way to go, great effort, great teamwork.

Every theft victim has a fantasy about this kind of outcome...though mine usually involve hitting someone a few times  :smt011
Always willing to join others in the Monterey/Santa Cruz/Half Moon Bay area for a bit of fishing...feel free to contact me.

Awesome work!

If I see the very distinct Abman triple rolling down the highway on a strangers truck I can call him and ask if he sold/loaned it out or if it's stolen.

Thanks, nice to know you got my back!  I don't know if I could recognize your Adventure unless I saw the green on the inside, but I definately could recognize that trailer.  :smt005

We all need a big TOTE or FISHUNTER on the front of our yaks.

Also I'm glad that boat is off the market. I've be eyeing it on CL for three days in a row and ready to buy it myself, makes sense it was stolen.

STONG WORK KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!! :smt117

Now I'm back to looking for a yak. I wanted a fish and dive anyway. I don't accept rewards for my work but I will drink a free beer.

Hey Abman my kids complain non-stop about that trailer. They get mad when I have it hooked up to the truck and take them to school. Jed Clampit would approve of it. I need to mount a rocking chair on top of the tool box.

Just shows how awesome this site is.
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Awesome job Merv but not surprised you would do something like that. You're a
good man amphibian. I have a strong feeling everybody will be buying you a beer
including me. :smt003

I love it, and the comradery we have as a community.  Amphibian, well done, and Dale for posting the info and ultimately getting his yak back.
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
