When we launched the damn wind from the south was already blowing and was creating some choppy conditions. Wind waves and swell at 3ft but real close so bumpy was the word. The bite started good with some nice verms off the bat. Then it went dead. Wind increased and the sloppy conditions were just not relaxing at all. There were a few times the wind lessened a bit and we thought oh yea its gonna stop. Not yet. At 2 it finally dies off and the ocean went flat. The switch turned on and it was WFO for the next hour and a half. No lings today. I realeased 3 just at 24 inches. On the way in I saw a real interesting rock formation that to me looked like a huge lingcod head. Do you see it?

Sweet bag o reds!! Yep, I see the shape, too. Awesome rock formations in that area- the sedimantary layers in all different directions with those bowling ball like round rocks mixed in....very cool. Thanks for posting it.

Very nice haul guys. Way to tough out the conditions and fill your stringers.
