I bought some jigs through these guys. www. Jigsrigsandstuff.com The quality looks good but I want to caution people on purchases here. I bought 4OZ ball jigs that feel rather light for 4OZ. My problem was with the 3OZ Painted Squid head jigs I also bought. In big letters under the picture it said, SOLD in Packages of 25.  I only received 12. When I called and in an email response he (George Keller) said they were being sold in packages of 10, that's why it was such a good price. I made the analogy of purchasing an 8 cylinder car on the internet and only recieving a 4 cylinder, but that didn't work. He would not back his advertised product. He did offer a refund if I would ship them back, but I decided to keep them as it was not worth the time and cost  to ship lead back to the east coast.

I've looked at their site, looks like great prices at $per 25, but if it's $ per 10, well that's a different story,

THANKS for the heads up on this one

If it was via Ebay I think you can loop them in and they will deal with the issue. It's total crap to advertise one thing and deliver another. 25 vs. 10 is a major difference.

My general impression is that it was a mistake by their Web guy, But I believe they should honor their advertised price. The other odd thing is that I got 12 when they said they now come in 10's.  12 being about half of 25, I'd say they are still packaging for 25, which doesn't speak well for their shipping practices.

If you paid with paypal, I'd file a claim.  They reversed charges for me before on bad sellers.

I just checked it out and the website still says 25, so if it is a "mistake" you'd think they would address it.

bottom line, if they said 25, they need to send 25.  If its an issue between them and their web guy, its still their fault for not checking their own store sign.

I agree, this is not to be taken lightly, if they wont fix this there will be legal issues such us Fraud Advertisement, they need put proper quantity accordingly... Contact better service bureau.. attached link of the site, I cant since I have not order any from them..

It's amazing, isn't it? How much would it have cost to make you a happy customer and perform as advertised? Of course fixing the price would add a lot to their credibility.

I've experienced quite a few cheesy practices that have me sworn off from particular vendors. I had a billing dispute once with AT&T. A $25 credit would have made me happy. Switched companies and a month later they offered me $100 to switch back. Genius.

Keep your word, do what you say you're going to do, or at minimum, apologize. It's not that complicated.

Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox now. :smt011

Thanks for the heads up.

Ok thats true they do put an extra 2 if the shipping is a little late, thats for kind gestures, like what happened on the 10 and received 12, yours was 25 and 27!! they tend to put extra 2 if theres any incident such as late shipping of order, I wish they would put 2 on mine when they ship it too..
