Surf Hali Non yak.

Called in sick this morning and did what any respectable fisherman would do. Went fishing.Kris and I  got to Seaside at around 7:00. Lots of people fishing the surf for stripers. No one was hooking up. I started throwing A fish trap and hooked up immediately! I was stoked my first surf catch. I haven't caught A Hali in around seven years. Too bad it wasn't on the yak.That's OK. Kris was skunked but it didn't bother him one bit. He wanted to poke the fishes eyes out. . Had A great day with my best friend... Now I will target them from my yak. I know they are there....Andy
