Paradise Halibut Hunt 6-5

Yes folks, my halibut hunt continues, this time at Paradise. I am 1 for 6
trips now. I have never fished Paradise before so I am looking forward
for this Friday. VjoHobieDave and BDMartin will be there joining me.
Company welcome. The more the merrier. BTW, I was really inspired by
ElDorado's halibut on my decision to fish Paradise instead of ARW. We'll
launch around 8:00 am after picking up some shiners.

Jed, if you caught a hali the size of ElDorado's, you would definitely be on top of the AOTY heap.

Looks like maybe rain, any chance of changing to the weekend?  If so, Shannon and I may be in.

Normally I could switch days or even fish two days in a row but, I had
already signed up for my company's golf tournament up in Arnold for
Saturday. I hope all of you could still make it though.

That is cool, i just found out that i need to go to So-Cal next week so I am probably not going to fish at all this weekend and take care of things around the house.

That is the plan, we put off the list as long as possible.  Besides, i wanna do Pillar Point the following weekend for the RF opener.

Man, Friday is looking nice as far as the conditions go. Gets ugly over the week-end. Gonna try to swing it for Friday.

Hey Allan, I was thinking of leaving Vallejo by 6am just enough time to
buy some shiners and launch by 8am.
Dustin, if you could make it, that will be great. I will be on your tail at
all times. I have not fished that place before so I'll be paying
attention to the master.
Hey Al, thanks for the good luck. I will try and follow your foot steps and
take tons of pictures of some hopeful live action shots. I couldn't take
any at SC because I was too busy getting sick remember?

If I was not having surgery in a couple weeks, I would burn a furlough day, but I need to save the time for post-op. I am hitting Berkeley pier with the kids on Saturday, might bring my yak if another adult goes with me to watch the kids while I am on the yak.  Good luck men!
