Good luck on your surgery Rich. I hope everything goes well.
Good luck to you as well at BP with the kids. I hear they have just
received more live anchovies this morning.

Jed,
Can you pick up some shiners for me?  I can pay you for them when we launch.  I'll bring my live well.

Thanks Jed.  I just opened the 1st bottle of a new batch of English style India Pale Ale, made with Kent Golding Hops.  I think we will have to have some after the Halibut hunt Friday.  If we can get an accurate head count of how many will be joining us, I'll bring enough for everyone.

Martin you really know how to bond. You are the brew master! Jed; you need a AOTY monster upgrade. You've dropped from 2ND to 4Th on the way to your target of 10Th. Been having some heel pain in right foot. Not to worry, I know you'll carry me. Friday is on. dave...

Thanks Jed,
I had a change of plans, and will be there Saturday morning, still can't do Friday, need to save those days.  This will be my last hurah for a little while, the back surgery is supposed to keep me off my feet for a couple days, and off the yak for a while, not sure how long.  Does the bait shop there have anchovies, or is shiners better to use?

I wish I could use live anchovies instead of shiners. I feel the anchovies
put out more action in the water. The only problem with the anchovies
is that they are so hard to keep alive. You even look at them the wrong
way, they die. :smt005

I hear ya there, I have a bucket that I perforated the lid, and the sides near the top, that I just tie off to the yak, and keeps them alive, no pumps, etc.  When I get down to just dead ones, I slow troll them on the same rigs, just a little more weight to bounce bottom.

I am not sure for Saturday Rich.

It would be great to know who will be there for Friday though. Martin is
always so generous to bring his home made beer. Let me tell you, he
makes awesome home made brewsky. We don't want anybody being left
out in case there is not enough beer to go around. Sorry for obligating
you Martin. I'll bring some Sierras just in case. We will have a great time
Friday.

If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.
