I'll stop the count down on this thread if it helps slowing down the time.  Let me know if you want me to stop...  :smt001

I wanna be there... so how this work?  Just show up?
we have to keep it under 50 and right now there are almost 30.
We might have the whole house (Inseine, steeleader, & Ash)...
Let me know if it's too many.  Maybe, we'll go to the Barkley pier & join you guys on the radio.

If Naoaki goes, I gotta' go!
We'll be 49 & 50.
Juan, you aren't going ARW next week?

I know how you feel since I was out of work for the last 6 months.  But I believe things will get better as the economy improve.  Just hang in there and make the best of it while we're between jobs.

Hi, I would like to go. I have some questions:
-What kind of bait do you use?
-Live bait (anchovies) sounds the best alternative but, how you keep them alive.
-What technique? What equipment? Rod, reel, line, lider material.
- According to the Tides and other factors, what will be the best time to be on the water?

Tanks in advance for your answers.

Santiago.

Santiago, you are asking some pretty simple questions that can be found by searching yourself. From the type of questions you ask tells me you don't have any experience on the bay(I MAY BE WRONG)
I will have to ask if you have any of the REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
.....just because "According to the Tides and other factors, what will be the best time to be on the water?"
are you equipted for / experienced in fishing the bay?

Hi, Fishunter.
To answer your questions, I have a Tarpon 130, Humminbird 597 GPS Fish finder combo. Standard Horizon HX 750S VHF radio, PDF , few Calstar rods: 700 M, 700 MH, 800 XL, few Accurate reels: 196, 270, 870, 665N, 665.  I don’t have experience fishing on the Bay from a kayak. My only experience paddling on the ocean was in Bocas del Toro Panama (Caribbean Sea). That is way I ask those questions. The reason way I ask you is just because no all fishermen’s have the experience fishing from kayak.  For you maybe sound so simple and I really sorry for ask in this forum. Maybe you need to add to the title of the forum: Professionals Kayak Anglers in that way you can avoid simple questions from amateurs.
