Bait? Grubs? Time? Tide?

Something other than pictures of a buncha dead perch?

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Nice bunch of perch , looks like the fishermen may be on F&G's 10 most wanted list or so ugly that they need to hide their mugs !?

Thank god they where fishing, i have a secret dive spot up here in Mendo where there is a school of around 100 big female striped perch. I shoot only 10 of them each year so that school is always there.
Its a cool dive the fish are in about 6 feet of water in one little area.

One guy posing with 32 dead perch laid out on a log? Probably the former.

Man those are some nice calico and barred perch!
Must be a unique spot to catch striped perch along with the sandy variety. But man, that's a lotta dead perch. I have never seen so many dead perch in my life....and I've seen a lot of perch.
Congrats,

I say put throw the book at that cute little kid.  Any record of the citation will get expunged when he turns 18.   :smt044  yuck yuck yuckles.  Anyways, that's some haul.  Somewhere a "1 post" member is reading our replies, and waiting for more...
