Depends on what kind of perch you'd like to catch, Kiel.

Some Surfperch (Redtail, Calico, Walleye, and Silver) can all be caught along the Bodega Dunes / Salmon Creek shoreline, Dillon's Beach, and occasionally along the shoreline of Doran Park. Grubs work for all four, but it seems like the calicos at Doran prefer ghostshrimp more than just about anything else.

Some Seaperch (Striped, black, and the occasional pile or rubberlip) can be caught just about anywhere along the rocky areas of Sonoma Coast with striped perch being the most common in my experience. I've also heard from divers that Ft. Ross is sometimes swarming with striped perch.

Bodega Harbor also holds some huge rubberlips and pile perch. They are easily seen underneath the Spud Point Pier, but are extremely line shy and hard to catch.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
