I found Shiner Bock the other day in Target Foster City for $6.29, I am heaven right now!

My GF's cousin gave some micro brew out of the Northenr California area at BBQ it was pretty good stuff.  He did not think to highly of the Micro Brew in Petaluma.

I also had a Fisher the other night with the old style bottle, you know the ceramic and wire top's.  When I was in Holland my buddies called those "Bop, ding a ling's."  You pop the top "Pop" then because the stoppper is secured by the wire it flips over and makes a ding a ling sound.

I am originally from FL and one of my favorites that I can't find out here is Yuengling. If anyone has bought it on the West Coast, please let me know where you found it.

If you want to sample beer from around the world you must find a BEVMO

I'm no beer snob, but I can't ever pass up a Corona, with 2 limes, and salt on the rim

Corona has to be the best tasting beer when on the water.

I thought about clearing that up.... rim on the bottle.... salt... on the rim of the bottle! :)

And agreed - on, or after the water... or any time really!

The sad part is I almost put a disclaimer on my first post, but then I thought - that might scare them off.
So I figured I'd just see what happened.... hahaha :)

I'm a GREAT sport... I can still rip you a new one via PM if you want.... get it? Rip you a new one.... salt on the rim... I'm full of 'em tonight! :)

I'll always go for a corona, but the lime improves it by a factor of 5.  Corona tends to be a bit skunky because of the clear bottles - light degrades hop flavor into skunky flavors which is why most beer bottles are dark.  Ergo: buy corona in boxes that keep it dark, not the big bottles by the malt liquor that have spent who knows how long in the light - and don't keep beer in a soda fridge with a clear door.   It looks nice but the beer goes downhill.

Agreed Spark, and Brown glass does a better job than Green.  Most of the Europeans use Green Glass for Export, and Brown for Domestic.  I know I can taste the difference when I used to drink Grolesch from Brown to green.  I also notice some of the Euro imports will go skunky due to shipping.
