Quit posting this stuff.  I'm trying to stay focused on responsibilities right now.  Those might be changing real soon.  I'll just throw them away...  

Easy, JTF, it's a dangerous place you're approaching!     I've been consumed with stronger feelings than that since I had to come back Friday afternoon.  Imagine, if you will, how hard it is to make the trip, be in the right spot, do the right things, and not catch one.  Totally stoked for those that did, and their victory is such validation for all of us and our ability to achieve that, yet the reality is that there are no guarantees, and it's really tough to find success.  If you don't use strong psychology and protect yourself from your own obsession and expectations...  you may find yourself in a bad place.  That's all I want to say...  as a warning to a friend.  Be careful, Man.  (...and call me if you're heading north.   )

 

Crap!!!!!!!!!!!! I just attempted to post with pics and lost the whole thing I guess. Spent about an hour writing and doing the pics... Now I'm just burnt out. I'll give it another try in a couple days...

Anyways, I wanted to thank Eric for the great video of the events of the day. You Rock!! Sean I really felt bad for you. I was bumming for you... Musta been bad to pass on such an opportunity  Juan, you are a master of the river my freind. I always learn something when I fish with you. Great fishing with you. Allen, you are constant entertainment. Had me laughing several times. I loved your "babbling brook" impression  Patrick, you guys got a special bond. It's great to see a good father/son combo that truly enjoys eachothers company. Enjoyed our time on the upper hole. Good times my freinds, good times. Times that will not be forgotten for sure. Finally got all the fish processed. Some smoked, vac packed and frozen, plank grilled some and shared some with other folks and got everything cleaned up. This "fun" is serious work  Gotta hit the sack. Gotta work tomorrow. See ya all at BAM.
