Jim rubin from Captain jimmy Charters has agreed to try a Mother Ship trip to the wild coast of Big Sur.  this year.  We are looking at the beginning of October, and need 5 anglers total.

Cost is 170.  Leave from the Santa Cruz harbor about 4am for dawn fishing in Big Sur, return that afternoon or early evening.

The Becky Ann is a fast, roomy 34-foot Island Hopper with a cabin and a head.  He has a boarding ladder for kayak access.  This will be a sneak attack weather pertmitting, we probably will be Ok if we get  going before mid-October.  If this works, we may get Jimmy to sponsor salmon trips next year, and possibly the holy grail albacore trips (if we ever get albacore again....)

Let me know who may be interested, and availability dates, so I can talk to Jimmy and get the trip going.

Allen

Absolutely, I must go!

The Islander SoCal trip is in late October, so I'd need to avoid those dates. Other than that, I'd just try to make the dates work.

Sounds like fun!
Always willing to join others in the Monterey/Santa Cruz/Half Moon Bay area for a bit of fishing...feel free to contact me.

Moochie,

I'm debating if I want to spearfish or conventional fish.

Looks like you have enough takers, but please put me and Walker (Slowmo) on the list too. Like Tall Paul we are also on the Islander trip and so those dates are out for us.
Thanks,
Steve
