Put in around 8am trolled right off shore then out to the yellow can with a crippled anchovy. Fishing was slow, picked up a couple of rock fish and two underlings. Decided to head in for the day and got a hit right off the beach in 10 ft of water but the fish came off. Gave it another pass and landed my first halibut 23".

Nice first post bulldog. I have been trying for months over there for one of those. I have a good feeling about Sunday, it's my turn.
