When I am by myself, it's the minivan and if with family, it's the big truck and the trailer.

Just finished building and rigging this for a trip to the gulf coast.   92 Mazda  196K miles     All wood camper shell with a fiberglass overlay.  There's a pod on top that holds  7'6 rods.     Most of the wood recycled, except for the racks.
Sometimes the fish isn't the only prize.

I remember seeing an Toyota echo at Crabfest with room for two yaks.  That was cool.  Anyway, here's my civic hatch back with two ocean kayaks on 48 inch yakima bars.

When you only live a 1/2 mile from the Santa Cruz Harbor, there are two ways to get there.
1st Place in a private tournament I did not invite anyone else to be in. (and I barely squeaked out a victory)

Jim ....  saw your truck in Watsonville yesterday on my way to Home Depot (on Airport).  Nice looking shell on that truck!

Saw someone with a yellow kayak on top of their car & a NCKA oval on the rack wind screeen last friday around 5:15 at intersection of Green Valley & Main Street in Watsonville.  Could there actually be others in the Watsonville area or were you just a passer-by?
