Kayaks kick that whaler in the butt! I do not miss the bouncing, gas and oil smell, maintenance and cost of that old klunker. Plastic is the my new vessel of choice!

Sorry I missed scallen ? Water depth of 35'-36' just slightly above O'neils towards the harbor. I worked the kelp line slow paddle back to the kelp when I got pushed out a little.

You know I never thought to measure it. I am 6'6' so it was pretty long. It just fit in the back of the x-factor. Most likely 42"-43"
