I caught a 14 pounder 2 ounce LMB while fishing for catfish last night in Whisky Slough.  It hit on clams I was using for bait.  Amazing.

Thanks.  It was quite a battle in the dark, about 12:45am.  I was fishing next to the launch at Whisky Slough Marina.

BAD news about my camera.  When I was reaching for my net, my camera got knocked in the drink.  There goes $300 bucks!

You should head to lake Dixon down south where the world record resides and become a millionaire with that skill/luck.

Oohhhh DUDE!
That was a good one.

You know, HB, you are just about the only one that could've got away with it too. Because if somebody else said they caught a 14lb LMB on clams, we would've called their bluff immediately. But the way you've been spanking the bass lately....well, I believed it.
