Yep it's a scrambler.
However, I still think it's a great deal.  The accessories alone (GTS seat, paddle, and paddle leash) alone on that boat is worth at least $200.  This would be a great starting setup for someone a bit cash strapped.  It would also make a good second boat if you need something to take friends along for a day of fishing.  It even has two small hatches another $50-$100 value.

Weren't there two boats?  One was a scrambler the other an explorer unless it got sold.  Not mine just an add I noticed and wanted to pass the info to cash strapped NCKA's to get them out there.

The Explorer is NOT a good boat, zero secondary stability.  I would rather have a Scrambler.
