We may have to skip the man-dogs due to the rain...I'll be ordering pizza instead.

Vince is also giving 15% off to those who show up tomorrow (instead of the reg. 10%) We also have some paddling jackets that we are selling for 50% off (limited sizes, colors and quantity)

see you all tomorrow!!! :smt006

Speaking of rain... I was out in it all day (working) and I'm very soggy, so I'm probably gonna skip the fishing after the seminar since it looks like it's still gonna be raining cats-n-dogs.

...but I do need a paddling jacket!  Please have the XL paddling jackets set asside for me to peruse... camo on the top of the pile... then earthtones... then (ugh...) pastels and day-glo...

See ya tomorrow...

I kind of figured that this rain and wind will deter some!  :smt005

But I have not been fishing for a whole week and I am kind of anxious to get on the water.  :smt003 I hope we have enough time left for that.

I am unable to find a laptop to display pictures so if any of you have one handy please bring it. Other wise we'll have to settle with the lousy print I just made up. Thank you and see you all tomorrow.

In 45 minutes I'm headed to the lake...breezy and overcast but no rain right now, possible light showers on/off during today. Calling for rain returning this evening.

I'll see a few of you brave souls out there.

If you have an anchor you might want to bring it! :smt002

Just wanted to thank Jaime / Compa for taking the time to do the seminar today at Aquan (I'm sure he would have rather been fishing:smt002.) Many thanks to those who showed up....including the rare appearance of john / Jmairey :smt118

Lot's of stuff learned - looking forward to catching my first 10 + pounder this year (and will happily retire :smt003) And if I don't, I know who to blame  :smt002

Back Country - thanks for bringing the lap top for Compa to use  :smt023

Thanks to Jaime (Compa) for the wealth of information that he gave us on how to locate bass and how  to catch them with the Carolina Rig.  I stopped at  Outdoor Pro Shop in Oakland on the way home and picked up some of the things that Compa suggested and it only cost me $14.  :)

Thanks to Joel (Mooch) for setting the clinic up.  Speaking of the Mooch, he was demonstrating his expertise at pitching a worm and pitched it into Moose’s pocket from across the room.  I bet him he couldn’t do it again, AND HE DID! :jawdrop  Being the gracious host that he is, he wouldn’t take my money.

I  didn’t make it to Anderson after the clinic so I don’t know how they did.

Again, thank you Jamie and Joel.  Thanks also to Hookie from the Sniffer Board for letting me pick his brain

Thanks Mooch and Compa!  Much of what I learned was counter to my normal way of thinking.  I'm very much looking forward to implimenting your Jedi tactics!

It was great to meet all of you at Aquan and they demonstrated to be a great host! I hope you guys can use some of the things I had to offer. And hopefully I'll see you on the water some day soon! :smt006
