Mendo - Nov 3 & 4

Adam and I are hitting Mendo - to simply take advantage of having the lake to ourselves. Company welcome! We will grab one site on Sat. morning (campsites are on a first come first serve basis - 2 cars per site) I suggest gabbing a site before you start fishing.

This maybe our last trip to this lake for the season (cause the Mendo Crew has banned us ) as we plan to divert our adventures elsewhere = Sonoma,Clear Lake and Berryessa. So come join us and party like it's 1999

 Im on duty until 0900 on saturday. Hopefully ill be able to meet you guys on the water by 1000 but friday nights are typically busy and I may need some recovery time.

*******i just called the bait shop to tell them WE ARE COMIN! she will be opening EARLY for us...if more than a handfull respond and are gonna need bait...I will let them know by tomorrow if ALOT are needed. I will also be confirming what time she is to open on sat for us...she was nice and sorry for being late the last two saturdays.

MEAT!!!! Anykind  . I hear all our Filipino bros are making frequent trips to the local Animal Shelter for "fresh" meat this time of year (Holiday season)

I'll bring the BBQ Grill, charcoal and the eating untensils and some firewood.

I'll try to make it sometime saturday and stay the night. I'm showing up cuz I know I'll have fun at this thing! If the weather stays clear like today, it will be extra nice. I was there yesterday afternoon and it was quiet, still, and sunny. They boiled too.
I got wood. For the fire.
Buellers? Bring your fave topwater lures. Bring flyrods. Bring the WHEELS.
I can bring a solo burner w/ its' own tank. Boils water quick.

Ohhh Strike 2!!  Can't make it, depending how the Steehead seminar thead plays out, there may be one more (Cold)  chance for me to hit that Lake this yr.
There will be other times!  Im sure!!
Plan B: Fish Friday, maybe, Saturday work on my Wheels, then take Stretch Hummer to city for    (building Gaf)then Sunday its da rada's. yeah, they suck  but the beer is free so WTF have a great time and we'll hook it up next time.!!

How do you reserve campsites?  Are they first come, first serve?  Or can you reserve online? I want to go, but there is a chance I will have to work Sat. morning.
