John Havemann passed away on April 22 due to ongoing and worsening health issues (undisclosed)  He had been posting humor cartoon here. Very good friend.

Damn that sucks .

My condolences to his family and friends

I’m glad I got to meet and hangout a few times

Once in a while he would PM me to joke around and see how I was doing

RIP, John.

I didnt know his health issues were so severe.

Was hoping to see him at a gathering this year.

John had hoped to make it to Shelter Cove this week. He never told me the extent of his health issue that required numerous visits to his doctor and even to the VA hospital.

He was a good and fun dude. :smt010 I will shoot off a bottle rocket in his honor.  :anger Wish I had known sooner.
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

I'm sad.  He commented to the very end.  Wish I knew him better.  Does anyone have a picture to post of him?

RIP , thanks for all the inspiration and encouragement. Thanks for showing me that it’s ok to push it but you also need to be able to cover yourself and make sound choices. You’ll be missed
